This introductory workshop will teach you the basics of knitting in a low-pressure, barrier-free environment. Intended for individuals with no knitting experience, this 2-hour session will teach you the knit stitch and get you started on your very own cowl in a supportive and friendly environment. Emphasis is placed on the connection between crafting and mindfulness practices.
