Knitting Level 4: Intro to Basic Brioche

Explore the extensive possibilities of brioche knitting! Brioche creates a wonderfully plush, widely ribbed fabric. In this workshop your instructor will guide you through brioche basics as you make a two colour brioche coaster.

The pattern is provided for this workshop, but students are required to purchase their own yarn, needles, and notions. Students get a 15% discount on materials purchased for their class.

• Two strongly contrasting colours of worsted weight yarn. Suggested:
  • Berroco Lanas, Berroco Vintage, Drops Karisma, Drops Lima, Sandnes Garn Double Sunday, Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt
• 4.5 mm (US 7), 60 cm (24”) circular needle
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle
