Old Salt Mitts Kit in Tynn Peer Gynt
The Old Salt Mitts, by Victoria, BC-based designer Ashley R. Adams, are a bite-sized project full of entertaining colourwork and shaping techniques that keep the knitter engaged and entertained without being overwhelmed. Features a cute sardine motif (including an unruly fish that stubbornly wants to face the other direction), plus additional motifs that give a nod to traditional Fair Isle knitting.
Knit in Tynn Peer Gynt, the mitts will be resilient and comfortable to wear. Tynn Peer Gynt is lovely for colourwork knitting with its rustic qualities and beautiful bloom upon blocking.
